We beleive there are many benefits to renting a property through Tompkins Realty. Nice properties, great service and fair rental rates are what you should expect from any property manager but at Tompkins Realty we strive to say "thank you" in as many ways as possible. Each month our tenants are eligible for a drawing for a pair of movie tickets, simply by paying thier rent on time.

SELECTING A PROPERTY

Simply click on the "Property Management" button and follow the link to "Properties For Rent". We display each of our available units with as many photos and as much description as possible in order to make it as easy as possible for you to select your new home. In addition there is a full list of our available properties on this page that you can downlaod and print. Either way we want you to know that we are here to assist you in every way possible.

APPLYING FOR A PROPERTY

Now that you have found a property we want to thank you for your interest in becoming a tenant. Our application process is very thorough and we require an application from each person occupying any of our properies that is 18 years and older.
